How we get paid

We will deal with you as ethically and transparently as possible and pride ourselves on the fact that we provide excellent value for money

Investment management fees can have a significant impact on returns and we believe that you should only pay for the services you need and nothing more. Any fees incurred for our professional services will depend on the services that you want and the type of relationship that you wish to have with us, either over the short term, or on an ongoing long term basis. We guarantee that our fees will always be fully disclosed, explained and agreed with you before we undertake any chargeable work.

We will agree with you the actual amounts on a case by case basis dependent upon the work required. We will of course provide you with a full written explanation of our fees once we understand your specific needs and requirements.

Generally, we charge for our services on the following basis:

• We will bear the cost of the initial introductory meeting, during which we will gather information from you and discuss how we might work together
• For the preparation of your bespoke Personal Financial Plan, whole of market research, review of your existing financial products, new product analysis and selection, the production of your Personal Financial Planning Report and implementation of your Plan, we typically charge a percentage of the amount invested
• Alternatively, for those clients who wish to pay an hourly charge for the work undertaken, this option is also available. It really is your choice
• Once your Personal Financial Plan is in place, with your agreement we will continue to work closely with you to review your Plan in line with your ongoing needs. Our fee for ongoing service is typically charged as a percentage of the portfolio value
• To ensure that you always remain in control, our fees can either be paid from your investment portfolio or from your bank account, whichever option suits you best
